Behavioral Analysis (BA) services for South Florida Community Care Network
Health Network One/ Therapy Network of Florida (HN1)
Effective January 1, 2026, Health Network One/ Therapy Network of Florida (HN1) will no longer provide behavioral analysis (BA) services for South Florida Community Care Network, LLC d/b/a Community Care Plan (CCP). As of January 1, 2026, BA services will be managed in-house by CCP; this change only impacts BA services. HN1 will continue to administer Dermatology, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services for CCP.
Providers that are out of network as of January 1, 2026, will be eligible for a sixty (60) day continuity of care period wherein claims will be payable to allow time for enrollees/members to transition to a new provider. All members were notified of this transition by mail on November 1, 2025. The continuity of care period ends on March 1, 2026.
