Medicaid Provider Payments Week of 12/22/2025 and 12/29/2025

How will the holiday effect Provider Payments

Due to bank closures on the following upcoming holidays (Christmas Day and New Year’s Day), provider payments will not be available until Friday December 26, 2025 and Friday January 2, 2026.

Please note the "Payment Issue Date" on the remittance advice and all other generated information will remain Wednesday, December 24, 2025 and Wednesday December 31, 2025. 

If you need assistance or have questions about provider payments, please contact the Provider Services Contact Center at 1-800-289-7799, option 7.

This is a one-time delay with the regular Thursday payment schedule returning on January 8, 2026.
